Speech Language Pathologist

About the Role:
Therapy World LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our growing team in Rock Hill, SC. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients by delivering high-quality, compassionate speech and language therapy services. Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, educators, and caregivers
- Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding therapy goals and home strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and continuing education opportunities
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship
- Active or eligible South Carolina state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience with a diverse patient population across various age groups preferred
- Strong knowledge of AAC, dysphagia management, and language/articulation disorders
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

Compensation: $48.00 - $60.00 per hour
