Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and functional abilities to develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' daily living and work skills
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams including physicians, physical therapists, and speech-language pathologists
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and adaptive strategies for home and community settings
- Recommend and train patients in the use of adaptive equipment and assistive technology
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in North Carolina
- NBCOT certification (OTR) required or in process
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients, families, and care teams
- Experience in a clinical, outpatient, or rehabilitation setting preferred
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

Compensation: $48.00 - $60.00 per hour
