About the Role:
Thrive Now Therapy, LLC is looking for a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our growing team in Gastonia, NC. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives while working in a supportive, patient-centered environment. This role is a unique case management position with limited clinical hands on work.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' physical conditions, medical histories, and functional limitations to develop individualized treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to promote recovery and pain relief
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to meet goals
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and wellness strategies
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants and support staff as needed
Requirements:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Active North Carolina Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain licensure
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Experience in outpatient, orthopedic, neurological, or rehabilitation settings preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and care teams
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach with a commitment to quality care

Compensation: $48.00 - $55.00 per hour
